JOB SCOPE
  • Perform administrative duties, data entry and maintenance of the filing system
  • Book keeping and expense reconciliation
  • Assisting in preparation of invoices and quotations
  • Raising purchase orders, verifying supplier invoices and arranging payments
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Preparing research and presentations materials
  • Assist in event planning and travel scheduling
  • Provide assistance to the team with ad-hoc projects and when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS :
  • GCE ‘A’ level and above (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Excellent spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficient in Chinese software will be an advantage
  • Relevant experience is a plus
  • Good interpersonal skills with a high level of initiative
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be a good team player

Responsibilities :

  • To prepare full set accounts.
  • To manage daily accounting operations.
  • To handle the Accounts Reconciliation / Accounts Payable / Account Receivable / Sales Reconciliation / General Ledger and other Inventory.
  • To prepare monthly and yearly accounts management reports, to ensure proper accounting policies and financial statement control.
