Accounts cum Admin Assistant - Hafary Pte Ltd

Established in 1980, we are a supplier of building materials namely tiles, marbles, stones, sanitarywares as well as wooden flooring to customers in the Singapore market. We have two categories of customers, namely, (A) General; and (B) Project. Through our strong sourcing and procurement network, we carry a wide variety of tiles from the Europe(mainly Spain and Italy) and PR, and supply to our customers at competitive prices.

Our head office and main showroom is located at 15 Defu Avenue 1 Singapore 539538, while our other showroom is located at 560 Balestier Road Singapore 329876. Our warehousing facilities are located at 5A Defu Lane 8 Singapore 539310, 54/56 Sungei Kadut Loop Singapore 729477.






The Role:
  • Responsible for partial accounting
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and invoices to customers
  • Handle incoming and outgoing invoices and sales orders
  • Arrange and coordinatae between suppliers and vendors
  • To perform administrative activities or ad-hoc dutie

Responsibilties:
  • Diploma with minimum 1 year of administrative / accounting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Words)
  • Good administrative and coordination skills
  • Pleasant Personality and Cheerful
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn
  • Singaporeans / PRs and Malaysians are welcome.
