Responsibilities:
As part of the Port & Terminal/ Cost Management Department in Logistics Division, you will be responsible for the verifications of monthly disbursement submissions from the agents of various ports. You will be involved in the checking of invoices against approved rates and quantity, liaising and clarification with ports agents on invoices discrepancies, documentation of recovery details on wrong billings, updating of costs details and other related administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy / Business / Logistics Management or equivalent with 1 year experience or Diploma in Accountancy / Business / Logistics Management / Maritime Transportation with at least 4 years related experience.
- Knowledge of shipping / logistics operations is an advantage.
- Analytical, meticulous and able to communicate well in English (verbal & written).
- Able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office.
