We are BCA-registered electrical engineering contractor firm specializing in providing electrical maintenance services. We are currently looking for individuals to fill in the following position:-
(Singapore – ADMIRATLY)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents
- Processing of job and purchase orders invoice, etc
- To assist in partial set of accounts
- To assist in month end closing activities
- Assist and provide general administrative support
- Assist in managing office facilities and systems
- Food analytical skill, self motivated and ability to work independently
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘N’ or its equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in construction firms
- Experience working in Construction or Facilities Management companies is advantageous
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Speaking and Writing) in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Pleasant personality and able to communicate well with colleagues and external parties
