We service clients’ diverse needs ranging from personal insurances for individuals, to commercial insurance of various multinational corporations.
Responsibilities
- Assist to managing existing portfolio and follow up on new leads to secure new business
- Confident in carrying out presentations to clients
- Monitor credit control of own portfolio
- Attend to general enquiries with regards to insurance products
- Check completeness of data forms submitted by policyholders to ensure necessary information is provided
- Undertake project or duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Min. of 3 years of experience in General Insurance industry
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office software
- Candidate with CGI certificate will be advantageous
- Possess good communication and customer service skills
