Responsibilities :
Administrative duties related to expense claims, preparing commission reports, maintaining banking and accounts records as well as preparing business performance reports.


Requirements :
  • Must like working with numbers and be numerically capable. A basic understanding of accounting may be an advantage.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge is essential
  • Good command of English
  • Efficiency under pressure to meet the tight deadlines
  • Self motivation, hardworking and willing to learn
  • Minimum supervision

  • Responsible for daily billing duties, ensuring all bills are verified and sent out on a timely basis.
  • Liaise with the clinics or centres as well as external parties on billing matters.
  • Responsible to ensure patient claims are sent to external agencies on a timely manner.
  • Attend to the patients and their next of kin in matters of billing enquiries, payment and conducting financial assessment interviews.
  • Ensure patients’ and next of kin needs are seen to tactfully and professionally.


Requirements
  • Diploma in any Disciplines with minimum 1-2 years experiences in Admin/Financial background

Job Description :-

  • Organizing meetings and appointments;
  • Purchasing office supplies and stationeries;
  • Taking care of office bill payments;
  • Dealing with post and emails;
  • Writing reports;
  • Keeping personnel records;
  • Organizing the recruitment of new staff;
  • Coordinating activities with staffs and administering leave entitlements;
  • Assisting in conducting appraisals and maintaining appraisal records;
  • Assisting in controlling the office budget;
  • Maintaining basic budget (including petty cash) and account records;
  • Preparing documents and summaries for accounting;
  • Administering payroll systems;
  • Taking minute in both English-Thai and vice versa;
  • Meeting with senior managers to review office performance;
  • Organizing office maintenance and repair work;
  • Assisting in supervising the implementation of new office systems;
  • Organizing business itineraries, travel arrangements, conferences, meetings and social functions – taking care of guests and accompanying them if required;
  • Coordinating and tracking of equipment/service contracts.

  • Female, age 22-30 years with pleasant and mature personality

Admin/Accounting Officer (1 Position)

Job Description

The main task is to help the company to reach its business objectives by supporting the existing and future Accounting / office duties. This includes

Accounting support
  • Input information into QuickBooks accounting program (training can be given)
  • Prepare / Print/ Send Invoices, Receipts, Delivery Note
  • Prepare Withholding Tax Document.
  • Track customer payments and banking. Contact customer and ensure payments are received.
  • Month end accounting + Reconcile.
  • Monthly summary reporting company expenses or purchases, and customer payment
  • Work with our external accountant and auditor
Admin support
  • Answer phone call/ record messages/ solve basic customer problem
  • General office support (e.g. Prepare/ print/ scan/ fax/ send document)
  • Basic Administration for staffing.
  • Assist with Thai Labour Department and/or Immigration for prepare company document
Requirement
  • Attention to detail. Able to check work.
  • Good communicate in English (reading/ writing/ speaking)
  • Interest in working for International company.
  • Accounting Knowledge
  • Computer knowledge (Microsoft office: word, excel, power point)
  • Work in centre of Bangkok (next to Chit Lom BTS) with good transport, facilities in area.
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Can-do attitude, responsible and motivated
  • Some knowledge of computer products and services helpful (but training can be given).
Qualification
  • Degree in Accounting or related flied
