Our client is a global market leader in FMCG industry with strong presence worldwide. To cope with their ambitious expansion in APAC, they are now seeking for a professional Financial Analyst to join their FP&A Team.

We are now seeking for a  

FINANCIAL ANALYST.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you are responsible for preparing financial analysis, budget planning, forecast and variance analysis.
• Perform sales performance analysis by product, geographical segment, and identify revenue drivers.
• Perform cost analysis and provide recommendations to reduce costs.
• Partner closely with business units such as Sales, Marketing, Planning and Logistics, etc

QUALIFICATIONS

• The successful applicant should be a degree holder with a minimum of 3 years of FP&A experience with MNCs from FMCG / Retail industry
• Professional accountancy qualification is highly preferred
• Strong financial analytical skills with strong report writing skills.
• Proactive self-starter, detailed-mind, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin.

Financial Analyst

Level: Supervisor

Key/Major Accountabilities :-

• Work closely with branch management team to provide financial and business analytical support including monthly P&L Branch by products (New, Used, Refinance, and Motorcycle)
• Identify key issues to improve branch performance and review with management team in monthly finance review
• Develop branch league table and design incentive schemes to maximize branch performance
• Consolidate Branch P&L planning and develop opex budget by branch
• Justify resource utilization for branch to ensure the appropriate resource allocation among branch and achieve AYCAL’s productivity KPI
• Deliver in-depth analysis on special projects or issues, including new branch opening project, branch relocation project and branch productivity initiative projects to ensure the maximum benefit
• Validate branch cost allocation methodologies to ensure the accuracy of financial statement
• Develop branch vintage analysis to identify new business opportunity and branch improvement area
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure that closing entries

Qualifications :-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance-Accounting, MBA is preferable
• At least 3 years of experience in Finance
• Knowledge of financial budgeting, analysis, profitability and productivity improvement
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Communication and presentation skills
• Good with Ms. Excel
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal relationship

Our client, a US MNC in the high technology Industry is seeking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team in Singapore


The Role :

• Responsible for monthly financial, management reporting and analysis
• Be involved in quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process
• Perform commercial evaluation of business and operational decisions
• Business partnering with the Operations and Sales team to provide sound financial advises on strategic plans
