Level: Supervisor
Key/Major Accountabilities :-
- Work closely with branch management team to provide financial and business analytical support including monthly P&L Branch by products (New, Used, Refinance, and Motorcycle)
- Identify key issues to improve branch performance and review with management team in monthly finance review
- Develop branch league table and design incentive schemes to maximize branch performance
- Consolidate Branch P&L planning and develop opex budget by branch
- Justify resource utilization for branch to ensure the appropriate resource allocation among branch and achieve AYCAL’s productivity KPI
- Deliver in-depth analysis on special projects or issues, including new branch opening project, branch relocation project and branch productivity initiative projects to ensure the maximum benefit
- Validate branch cost allocation methodologies to ensure the accuracy of financial statement
- Develop branch vintage analysis to identify new business opportunity and branch improvement area
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure that closing entries
Qualifications :-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance-Accounting, MBA is preferable
- At least 3 years of experience in Finance
- Knowledge of financial budgeting, analysis, profitability and productivity improvement
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- Good with Ms. Excel
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal relationship
