Reporting to the Group CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall finance function in the region.
The Role :
- Financial business partner for the region
- Providing financial planning and strategic planning expertise to drive key corporate initiatives and revenue deal structures
- Drive the governance structure to analyse the financial and operational performance and help to maximize revenues and profitability
- Design and implementation of consistent and efficient financial/operating reporting procedures
- Budgeting/forecasting
- Management reporting
- Talent development and leadership
The Pre-Requisites:
- At least 15 years of finance experience, currently in upper middle or senior management position and exposure to broad finance experience
- Strong talent development and people management skills
- Works well in a highly matrixed organisation
- Proven track record in effective business partnering
