Temporary Accountant (3-month)

The incumbent will be responsible for preparing revenue recognition and account reconciliation of our Asia Office.

• Diploma or above in Accounting;
• Mininum 3 years’ working experience in accounting and/or audit field;
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft is an advantage;
• Immediate available is preferred.

ACCOUNTANTS

Accountants Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports; Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions; Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures; Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness; Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents; Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.

Job Requirements:

• Male or Female;
• Not more than 30 years old;
• Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy;
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant;
• Candidate must possess at least 2 years experience in manufacturing industry;
• Good communication and analytical ability;
• Knowledge in MS-Office and/or equivalent computer applications;
• Willing to travel.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Based in our SURABAYA OFFICE
• Male/Female, age max. 28 years olds
• S1 degree of Accounting from reputable University, GPA > 3,00
• Has minimum 2 years experience working in Certified Public Accountant Office
• Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, have enthusiasm to learn business process
• Conversant with English (Oral / written)
• Conversant with MS office operation (especially MS EXCEL)
• Conversant with Mandarin will be an advantage
