A Cost Controller Manager is available for one of our well-known subsidiaries in MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition) industry, based in Jakarta. For over 30 years of experience, we have managed venues and overseen more than 600 events annually. We hold a variety of events in trade and consumer sectors, locally and internationally and across a diverse scale, ranging from meetings, conferences, conventions, exhibitions, to banquets, concerts, religious meetings, etc.

Job Objective:
As we strengthen our service, especially aggressively expand our food and beverage department, the suitable candidate will be responsible for reconciliation of food and beverage cost for the F&B department. Computing profits and losses on food and beverage items daily after confirming the amount and cost of items purchased and sold. Record the information they collected to help maintain a suitable inventory of food and beverage items for the company.

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting
  • Min. 5 years experience as Cost Controller
  • Currently working in 3 to 4 start hotel will be an advantage
  • Min. 1 year experience at the managerial level
  • Microsoft skills especially in Excel
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills is a must
  • Be independent, positive, initiative, energetic and self-motivated professional capable of working with minimum supervision
  • Resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadline and objectives
  • Fluent in English
