Responsibilities:
- Handling payment vouchers and overall transactions/entries relating to accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger
- Handling consolidations and month-end closing of accounts
- Checking and reporting variances between invoiced amounts and payments received, and verifying discounts or rebates taken
- Handling tax issue
- Handling staff expenses
- Maintain fix assets
- Conducting accounting analyses
- Controlling credit and handling collections from customers
- Providing administrative support as required
- Preparing management reports in English
Qualifications:
- Thai, male or female
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting
- At least 4 - 5 years’ experience in accounting/finance at an international firm is preferred
- MYOB, Quick Book knowledge preferred
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Excel PC skills
- Fast learning, able to handle multiple projects, work under pressure and work to strict deadlines
