ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:
  • General office administration
  • General human resource administration
  • General filing
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers on payment matters
  • Managing courier, letter posting, banking cheques, document warehousing
  • Maintenance of petty cash and general account matters
  • Data entry, sorting and filing of accounts documents
  • Preparation of payment vouchers, credit notes, debit notes, invoices, cheques and receipts for clients
  • Ad-hoc work assigned by direct supervisor
Requirements:
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
  • Have basic accounts knowledge
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
