Responsibilities

• Conduct business planning, provide project support
• Translate financial data to business data
• Provide meaningful and valuable analysis and recommendation to the business units for decision making and developing business strategy

Requirement

• Degree in Accounting and must be a chartered accountant
• At least 10 years experiences in the finance & accounting
• Must have performed the role of Business Analyst before
• Excellent skills in spreadsheet & analysis
• Strong business sense, rather than too accounting focus
• Hands on, self sufficient and very independent (no subordinate)
• Good communication skills
• Flexible
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua

BUSINESS CONTROLLER

Based in Philippines (Calamba, Laguna), this position will be directly reporting to the Regional Finance Controller- Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparation and coordination of all unit financial plans and investment analysis together with the monthly consolidated Asia Pacific reporting.
• Assist the Finance Controller as required and prepares special ad hoc financial analysis and presentations for management.
• He/ she will provide Asia Pacific Management with significant insights into unit operations leading to the effective utilization of resources.
• Responsible for the Asia Pacific region management reporting on a monthly basis and assists the Finance Controller in the coordination of division projects including strategic plans, operating plans, budget preparation and interim reforecast.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance with MBA and or CPA preferred and 7 years of accounting/ financial analysis with several years of supervisory experience.
• Possesses considerable skills in analysis and problem solving, and the ability to perform structures analysis in a complex environment.
• Well verse in Hyperion and has excellent personal computer skills.
• Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills fluent in languages for both written and spoken aspect.
