Account Clerk

Our client is looking a Contract Account Clerk to join their team.

Job requirement:
  • Form 5 or above with LCC Higher
  • At least 8 years relevant working experience in accounting
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Matured, well organized, able to work under pressure and independently
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities
  • Proficient in Chinese word processing and Excel are necessary
  • Immediate available and knowing how to use MYOB is definitely an advantage

Job Description:
  • Checking and processing payments for staff claims
  • Responsible for month-end closing, management reports including schedules and job costing reports
  • Handle general accounting entries including AR, AP and journal entries
  • Manage suppliers' invoices and arrange payment
  • Handle issuance of cheques
  • General clerical duties etc.
  • Assist in other ad hoc assignments if required
