client is a SGX listed company with operations globally. The business
is now in the process of indentifying an experienced Investor Relations
Specialist to support the ongoing growth.
Job Scope
As
an Investor Relations Specialist, You will develop and maintain an
investor relations plan; monitor operational changes through ongoing
contacts with company management, and develop investor relations
messages based on these changes. You will Develop and monitor
performance metrics for the investor relations function,provide feedback
to management regarding the investment community's perception of how
the company is being managed, and their view of its operation and
financial results, and share price performance. Create presentations,
press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases,
industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and
investors. Manage the production of the company’s annual report.Oversee
the company web site and manage the investor relations portal. Monitor
analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management. Organize
conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor
meetings.
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Economy/Accounting/Finance
- Sound knowledge of Singapore capital markets and other relevant statutory requirements
- 5 to 7+ years’ experience in an investor relations department, Singapore listed companies preferred
- Excellent written and verbal skills, relationship-building skills in the investment community
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate with the executive team
- Proactive and people oriented, able to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines
