Job Scope:
  • Perform monthly surprise proof calling and related activities in PTS and eRecon.
  • Tracking surprise proof submission, summarize differences account proof.
  • Review and follow up unresolved difference accounts from surprise proof.
  • Prepare presentation to ARC meeting
  • Report operating loss to BOT on quarterly basis.
  • Input operating loss in EDCS for GCG & ICG and reconcile data against GL
  • Filing P& L memorandum and follow up non received P&L memorandum
  • Summarize operating loss data to management on monthly basis.
  • Review Reconciliation Balancing Reports, to ensure reconciliation is done properly and timely.
  • Escalate and follow up outstanding items with concerned parties as per transit time, and conduct investigation with units when needed.
  • Perform and review Monthly G/L Surprise Proof/eRecon G/L Proof, and ensure sufficient information for difference accounts
  • Support unit cob and record management.
  • Ensure that all staff complete mandatory training courses as required.
  • Perform and support Self Assessment on a quarterly basis.
  • Assist Unit Head on ad-hoc assignment.

Qualification
  • Bachelor degree in accounting or related fields
  • Good command of English
  • 4-5 years working experiences
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft office
  • Mature and dependable
