REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Mathematics, IT or Finance & Banking (Master preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in Equity Derivatives (PCG, RISQ, FO, MO)
- Arbitrage and Volatility product knowledge essential
- Good grasp of PnL, Risks and control, understanding of accounting principles is a plus
- VBA and program languages required
- English compulsory
- Both pro-active (project) and rigorous (production)
- Project and process change experience is a plus
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate actively to the implementation of Income Attribution on Arbitrage and Volatility Proprietary trading perimeter (follow-up with PCG requirements and FO needs)
- Implement tools and ensure their suitability / their proper use
- New products and participation in projects, as and when requested by management
- Producing independently and certifying the daily and monthly reporting of economic results (trading, sales) to Trading and PCG Management
- Income Attribution : providing analysis and explanation of the PnL, in interaction with RISQ department
- Understanding FO strategies, products and PnL drivers
- Comments on results, analysis of disputes and discrepancies
- Certifying the accounting PnL through analysis of the difference between economic and accounting PnL
- Preparation of other reports for internal counterparts, authorities, auditors etc
- Standardization and automation of tasks
