Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the successful execution of the company strategic plan. The strategic plan is to increase company's presence in the area and develop new markets for its products and services.
  • Responsible for overseeing accounting and finance department to meet the objectives. The objective is to increase the revenue by 20% from the last twelve months in a one year time frame as well as meet its tax and reporting obligation in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for strategic execution of human resource programs, communications vehicles and industry, as well as public relations. An HR program needs to be developed to allow company to retain its current human resources and upgrade the existing employee base.
  • Responsible for the management and execution of the budget and profitability plans and processes necessary to achieve goals and objectives. A budgeting system needs to be maintained for payments done from the company finances. This is done monthly and reviewed monthly.
  • Responsible for ensuring the recruitment, hiring, training and retention of productive contributing personnel. This is done based on human resource requirements at any given time. A training matrix needs to be developed for each employee and updated on a monthly and yearly basis. Personnel need to be evaluated yearly and necessary upgrades of employee status need to be documented and provided.
  • Responsible for forecasting revenue, ensures competitive compensation packages and benefits as well as the efficient execution of policies and procedures. A detailed and updated customer data base is to be maintained for each client or potential client. This base will include reports about past work, present work, and future work. Customers contact information and office addresses will also be part of this customer base. Responsible for developing a tracking system for competitive analysis on prices submitted for each project both by the company and the competitors.
  • Responsible to supervise IT Development. Define and execute the technical systems needed to maximize productivity and provide critical information to the company.
  • Responsible for the continual assessment of human resource and business policies. Productive contributing personnel need new challenges.
  • Responsible for the strategic forecasting of facilities requirements, personnel and organizational model change and growth. Responsible to oversee that all required documentation is maintained.
  • Responsible for supervising the development and implementation of the company HSE policies and procedures. This important area of company philosophy needs to be upgraded to compete with competitor’s programs. Responsible for overseeing on the job usage of the existing HSE procedures and employee development in implementation of this program.
  • In partnership with CEO/President, monitors, modifies and provides feedback regarding the strategic plan.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance and Master of Human Resources Management.
  • Five to ten years experience in managing a profit and loss center.
  • Must possess proven skills in designing and managing budgets and revenue forecasts to goal.
  • Requires strategic planning and implementation skill set and experience.
  • Must possess a proven skill set in building and managing efficient and productive processes.
  • Must possess proven skills in managing profit and loss to goals.
  • Must demonstrate leadership, problem solving and team building skills.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent workplace experience.
  • Must be able to oversee, manage, and direct Human Resource Department.
