General responsibilities and objectives include:
Supporting Controller, preparing necessary analysis and carrying out necessary coordination activities in order to achieve belows:
- Establishing Performance Tracking tools for effectively monitoring business and financial performance
- Compiling annual budgets and forecasts
- Ensuring accurate and meaningful information provided to management within timelines
- Identifying shortfalls and take immediate actions with business heads for bridging gaps.
- Identifying opportunities for business growth
- Cross-functional review with business heads and ensuring achieving targets
- Process / Efficiency improvements
- Identifying issues and problem-solving
Additional Information:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy; must be a CPA.
- With related experience. Minimum of 3 years
- Willing to work in a Retail industry and in shifting Saturday Schedule
