Senior Finance Manager
Client Description
Our client is a listed manufacturing group with operations in Guangdong Province, PRC. The group is one of the industrial leaders in providing electronics manufacturing services, sales and distribution of small electronic home appliances with principal consumer brands. The Group is experiencing significant growth in size and volume in the region. Owing to this, they are looking for a high caliber and seasoned candidate to support the growth of their finance team.

Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Financial Controller.
- Review the group consolidated financial accounting and to provide sound financial advice & value added analysis
- Review management reports to ensure accuracy, prepare forecast and budget
- To improve and streamline the existing internal control procedures
- Ensure compliance with corporate policy and legal regulations and identify possible risks
- Liaise with bankers, lawyers, auditors and regulatory bodies on statutory audit and listing rules compliance
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities
- Degree holder with professional accounting qualification
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience with 3 year audit experience from Big 4
- Practical experience in the operation of PRC manufacturing business preferred
- Able to work with external auditors, legal and tax advisers and bankers
- Strong analytical mind, good inter-personal and communication skills
- Excellent command in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
