Senior Accountant /1 Position (Base at Songkhla)

- Responsible for all financial accounting functions covering billing, invoicing, Accounts receivables and accounts payables
- Prepare withholding certificates , Payment to venders, &obtaining the necessary receipts
- Supervise the daily / Weekly billing and invoicing activities
- Prepare cheque requests
- Resposible for all tax filings related to both corporate and employees
- Arrange for monthly tax submission of VAT and withholding tax for from 30,3,53,36,54
- Control the fixed asset register and perform asset sightings as required
- Supervise the disbursement of cash and fuel on site
- Prepare the monthly recycling sales report including reconciling to physical stock count quantities at the end of each month
- Supervise the payroll activities for the site including preparing and reviewing time card calculation
- Provide detailed analysis and reporting of overtime on site
- Lead/Supervise the operational audits and provide input in analyzing the data
- Prepare and review any internal/operational audit reports as required by management
- Ad hoc reporting and duties as required by senior management
- Assist the Financial Controller and site management in cost control and variance analysis (actual vs budget)
- Work with external auditors-Ernst&Young
- Ensure full implementation of accounting system
- Be proactive in providing advice and recommendation for improvement in accounting systems and processes
- Any other task that maybe required of you by Manager

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Accounting
- Knowledge in ACCPAC system.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Computer skills
