Accounts / HR Administrator

Job Scope (40% Office management, 60 % Accounting)

The candidate will be responsible for:
  • Handling full sets of accounts, processing accounts receivables and accounts payables, performing bank reconciliation, preparing quarterly GST return, filing income tax returns, dealing with ad-hoc matters
  • Preparing monthly invoices
  • Providing general office administration and support
  • HR matters

Job Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Operation of MYOB
  • Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English
  • MANDARIN SPEAKING PREFERRED
  • PR & Singapore Citizens Only
Salary 2.8k to 3.5k
