  • Accounts Assistant - AR

    Requirement :
    • Preferable with LCCI certificate or partial professional accounting qualification
    • Acquire computer skill in MS Office
    Responsibilities :
    • Generate monthly billing to clients with complete work orders
    • Keep track all work orders issued by customer service, execute by operation are in order, verift work order will bill generated.
    • Ensure accuracy of invoices submit & timely closing of monthly billing
    • Prepare debtor collection report timely, follow up on debts collection
    • General administrative duty
