Since our opening in January 2006, Jogoya's flagship Japanese buffet restaurant on the Relish Floor of Starhill Gallery, Kuala Lumpur has attracted more than 1 million customers. Now, we are one of the best food companies in Malaysia. Besides sighting the wide Taiwanese and Malaysia market, we also plan to expand to the American and European market in the near future. When this planning comes true, Jogoya will be a worldwide restaurant company and will set us in the history of Taiwan's food and beverage industry.

Account cum HR Assistant

  • Administration of staff salary, welfare and benefits
  • Assisting in HR related functions such as employee welfare & benefits
  • Monitor daily attendance, leave records and prepare HR related reports
  • Implement HR policies, procedures and practices
  • Perform daily data entry, documents filling & preparation for account department.
  • Assist management related matters as and when needed
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Well-versed with Labour Laws, Industrial Relations Law practices, EPF, Socso, Income Tax, Immigration and Government Authorities Legal Implications are preferred.
  • Good command in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia both oral and written
  • Able to interact and communicate with all levels and possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and UBS Payroll system.
  • Positive work attitude and able to work independently in a team environment
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
