Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist



Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit MRE, OP, ETF and Strategic Plan on time and in full
  • Prepare and submit all regular management reports
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing finance team and Manufacturing, Sourcing and LSS functions to prepare required company-wide reports and analyses
  • Co-ordinate with Business Service Organization and Business Finance team for pricing initiative to cover the cost dynamic and safeguard margin
  • Actively involved in portfolio reviews, to facilitate priority setting and NPI management
  • Drive Maxing the Mix continuous effort to ensure a sustainable business model is in place e.g. Signature Products
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, yearly business performance (Actual, Estimate/Forecast and Operating Plan)
  • Provide relevant, timely and accurate analysis and review on business performance, both monthly result and ad-hoc, to internal and regional stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university in accounting, finance, economics
  • 3-5 years combined experience in Finance/business counsel in various areas in preferably in FP&A jobs
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data and information
  • Strong financial acumen - ability to translate complex business problems into financial terms
  • Experienced in Management Accounting area
  • Knowledge on Financial Accounting and Internal control/good governance
  • Good communication skills (at all levels in the organization), both written and verbal.
  • Be proactive and assertive
  • Flexible and responsible for meeting deadlines.
