The job holder will be responsible for:
  • Maintenance and update of the standard cost of all products in the MACPAC (AXAPTA) and IDF
  • Maintenance of requirements for cost determination and monitoring of actual vs. standard cost
  • Assisting in implementing control over company inventory movements
  • Ensuring prompt and accurate recording of branch/service center product cost/inventory transactions
  • Preparing schedules and analyses for internal and external requirements

Requirements:
  • Accounting graduate, preferably CPA
  • At least 2 years work experience in a similar field
  • Knowledge in inventory management
  • Computer literate
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Works well under pressure
  • Result oriented
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills





Responsibilities:

The jobholder will provide analytical support for long term business objectives and current business performance/objectives for the specified country or unit. He / She will support financial planning, reporting, budgets and analysis, including consolidated financial information for assigned business unit/country. The incumbent will also support Internal Controls process coordination.

Requirements:
  • Accounting graduate, preferably CPA
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning and/or analysis experience in a multi-national organization
  • Knowledgeable in forecasting and budgeting
  • Highly analytical and strong problem solving skills
  • Strong desktop computer skills and Accounting/Financial systems such as Hyperion, CODA, and JDE
